1. Warranty & Returns

Hardware includes a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. We are not liable for:

  • Physical damage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Improper use or installation

Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.

2. User Conduct & Refund Eligibility

You agree not to:

  • Misuse our services or tamper with any devices
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute proprietary software
  • Transmit viruses or perform denial-of-service attacks
  • Violate laws or infringe on others' rights using our systems

Refunds will not be processed if misuse, tampering, or violations of the above conduct are detected upon inspection of the returned hardware.

3. How to Raise a Refund / Return Request

  1. Contact us at support@livingalarm.com within the warranty period.
  2. Include your order number and proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the defect clearly. Attach photos or videos if possible.
  4. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

  • Subscription fees once activated
  • Hardware showing physical damage, burns, or liquid damage
  • Products with broken seals or signs of unauthorized modification
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team

5. Replacement vs. Refund

Depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability, we reserve the right to offer a replacement unit instead of a monetary refund. We will always communicate this clearly before processing.
